Privacy Policy

Effective September 26, 2026. RV Desk is the marketing website for our network, a cooperative project of Technologicall LLC, Clickflame LLC and Supercanic LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers rvdesk.com and the RV Desk app.

What we collect

• Email address when you ask for early access or create an account.
• Account and business details you enter in the app, such as your business name, phone number, customers, units, bookings, jobs, photos and invoices.
• Phone numbers and message content when you or your customers text or call a number provided through RV Desk.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• To provide the service, send your invite and account emails, and answer your questions.
• To send and receive text messages you or your customers have asked for.
• To improve RV Desk. We do not sell your information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your account, bookings, quotes, repairs and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run RV Desk, such as hosting, email, text messaging and payment processors, and only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.

Your data in the app

Information a business enters about its own customers belongs to that business. We process it on their behalf to run the service.

Keeping it safe

We use encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete. Email hello@rvdesk.com.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
